Instructions
Marinate chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
Cook rice according to package instructions.

Sauté mixed vegetables until tender, about 5 minutes.
Prepare Gochujang Cream: Mix heavy cream with gochujang until smooth.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, vegetables, drizzle with gochujang cream, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, replace heavy cream with coconut cream.
