Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cups uncooked rice

  • 2 stalks green onions sliced optional

Instructions 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet, sear chicken 3-4 mins per side, then pour sauce over and simmer 15 mins.
  • Steam broccoli while chicken simmers.
  • Serve chicken and sauce over rice with broccoli and green onions.
