Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast
  • enough to drizzle over both sides of chicken olive oil (enough to coat chicken)
  • 2 TB dried oregano
  • 2 TB dried thyme
  • 2 TB dried basil
  • 2 TB garlic powder
  • good pinches kosher salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Mix oregano, thyme, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Rub seasoning on both sides of chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Grill chicken over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until juices run clear.
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Use fresh herbs for more vibrant flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
