Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 each lemon, sliced (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat chicken dry, place in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle herb mixture over chicken, rub in gently. Bake 25-30 mins until cooked through.
  • Let rest 5 mins, garnish with parsley, serve with lemon slices.

Notes

Use fresh herbs if available for more flavor.
