Penne Pasta
(Can substitute with fusilli, rigatoni, or farfalle)

Chicken Breasts
(Trim and slice into 1/2-inch strips)

Butter
(Salted or unsalted based on preference)

Mushrooms
(Opt for cremini or button)

Garlic
(Freshly minced)

Heavy Cream
(Use cold or at room temperature)

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Sauté chicken strips in a skillet until cooked through; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms until fragrant and tender.
Pour in heavy cream, add thyme, salt, pepper, and Parmesan; simmer until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Serve hot.
Notes
For a richer flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before serving.
