  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme ((or ½ tsp dried))
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary ((or ½ tsp dried))

Instructions 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, thyme, and rosemary; pour over cooked chicken.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes
