A delicious and spicy chicken bowl topped with hot honey sauce and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

chicken
(boneless, skinless)

hot honey

fresh garlic

((bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas))

low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Gather ingredients and chop vegetables.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Mix hot honey with soy sauce and lime juice; add to the pan.
Toss in vegetables during the last few minutes of cooking.
Serve chicken over rice or quinoa and drizzle with extra sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in hot honey for an hour before cooking.
