Juicy chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients

olive oil

honey

sriracha

soy sauce

fresh garlic, minced

apple cider vinegar
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar. Stir and simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
Adjust seasoning as needed and serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
