Juicy chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar. Stir and simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes

Adjust seasoning as needed and serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
