A quick and flavorful stir fry combining tender chicken with sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless (skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces)

Vegetables

  • 1 red bell pepper red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup snap peas or julienned carrots

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)

Oils & Sauces

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix in honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce; cook for 1 minute.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
