A quick and flavorful dish combining spicy sriracha with sweet honey, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Oil

  • 2 tbsp Oil

Chicken breast, cut into small 2-inch cubes

  • 2 pounds Chicken breast (cut into small 2-inch cubes)

Sriracha

  • 2-3 tbsp Sriracha

Low sodium Soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Low sodium Soy sauce

Lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Vinegar

Garlic paste (or finely chopped garlic)

  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste (or finely chopped garlic)

Ginger paste (or finely minced ginger)

  • 1 tsp Ginger paste (or finely minced ginger)

Salt

  • to taste Salt

Pepper

  • to taste Pepper

Honey

  • 1/4 cup Honey

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
  • Add chicken cubes and sauté briefly until starting to cook.
  • Stir in sriracha, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and honey. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then uncover and simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
