Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
Add chicken cubes and sauté briefly until starting to cook.
Stir in sriracha, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and honey. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then uncover and simmer until sauce thickens.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
