A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and spicy honey Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  • Whisk honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, reduce heat, and simmer 5-6 minutes until thickened, spooning sauce over chicken.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.

Notes
