Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (to garnish)

Garnish

  • Fresh green onions chopped (to garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet with oil for 5-6 minutes, then transfer to a baking dish.
  • Simmer sriracha, soy, honey, lime, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch for 4-5 minutes to make sauce.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 more minutes.
  • Rest for 5-10 minutes, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
