A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish glazed with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Dijon mustard

honey

whole grain mustard (optional)

garlic, minced

apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

butter

tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds. Stir in mustard, honey, optional grain mustard, and vinegar.
Reduce heat and simmer sauce 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and cook 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in some of the sauce before cooking.
