Instructions
Whisk honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. Reserve 2 tbsp.
Marinate the chicken: coat with marinade, let sit at room temp for 30 min or chill up to 6 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high, oil grates, and grill chicken about 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Baste with reserved marinade during the last 4 minutes, watch for burning.
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice, drizzle with honey-butter mixture, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
