Instructions
Toss chicken cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Heat peanut oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, red chili flakes, water, and sesame oil.
Pour sauce into the pan with cooked chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and crushed peanuts before serving.
