Instructions
Mix arrowroot and water to make the sauce base, then simmer with honey, coconut aminos, garlic, and spices until thickened.
Cut chicken into strips if using breasts. Mix almond flour, arrowroot, spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk egg with water in another bowl.
Heat oil in a skillet. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with dry mixture. Fry in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain cooked chicken on paper towels. Serve with honey garlic sauce drizzled on top and extra for dipping.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot before frying for best crispiness.
