A flavorful and easy one-pan dish combining tender chicken, fragrant rice, and a sweet-savory honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Chicken

skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut in bite-sized pieces

Green onions

green onions, chopped, white and pale green parts and green parts kept separate

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in oil until browned, then set aside.
Sauté green parts of green onions and garlic until softened.
Add rice and chili powder; cook 1 minute. Pour in broth, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; bring to boil.
Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
Garnish with green parts of green onion before serving.
Notes
Use fresh green onions for best flavor.
