Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Main

  • 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced

Creamy Chili Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice (to taste)

Optional Garnishes

  • to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • to taste Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Prepare creamy chili sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, sliced chicken, sauce, and toppings like sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges if desired, then serve.
