Instructions
Cook chicken thighs in butter or oil until browned, then set aside.
Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken back to the sauce and cook through.
Meanwhile, cook rice in chicken broth until tender. Serve chicken over rice with sauce.
