A comforting homemade chicken noodle soup made from scratch, packed with fresh ingredients and rich flavors.

Instructions
Simmer the whole chicken with garlic, carrots, celery, onions, peppercorns, bay leaves, and thyme in water until cooked (~1.5 hours).
Remove chicken, strain broth, and shred the meat. Discard solids.
In a large pot, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chopped carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes.
Add homemade broth, shredded chicken, and season with Vegeta, black pepper, and optional herbs. Bring to a boil.
Stir in egg noodles and cook until tender (~8 minutes). Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality ingredients for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
