This creamy and tangy Caesar salad dressing is easy to make and perfect for elevating your salads.
Ingredients
Dressing Base
2
cloves
garlic, minced or finely grated
1
teaspoon
anchovy paste
1
teaspoon
dijon mustard
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
1
cup
mayonnaise
1/2
cup
freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
Whisk in mayonnaise until fully blended and smooth.
Fold in grated Parmesan. Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 5 days.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
