Ingredients

Protein Sources

  • 500 g shredded chicken
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 200 g turkey meatballs

Vegetables

  • 200 g tender broccoli
  • 150 g chopped peppers
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 100 g zucchini noodles

Dairy

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g cheddar cheese

Condiments & Spices

  • 2 tbsp taco spices
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp spicy buffalo sauce

Other

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 g green onions
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 400 g diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp spices

Instructions 

  • Combine shredded chicken, tender broccoli, and cream cheese in a pot.
  • Simmer ground beef, chopped peppers, diced tomatoes, and taco spices in broth.
  • Mix fresh spinach and garlic in a pot with heavy cream.
  • Whisk eggs into chicken broth with green onions and mushrooms.
  • Add spicy buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, cauliflower, and cream cheese.
  • Combine turkey meatballs and zucchini noodles in a light broth.
