Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix cooked chicken with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place tortilla flat, add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and yogurt in the center, then fold into a wrap.
  • Cook seam-side down until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Let rest briefly, slice, and serve.
