Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan or lightly grease a baking dish.
Pat chicken dry, then toss with olive oil, spices, and lemon juice. Bake for 12-14 minutes until cooked through. Rest for 5-7 minutes, then slice.
Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, pepper, and salt to make the Caesar dressing.
Combine sliced chicken, romaine, Parmesan, and dressing. Fold in crushed croutons just before assembling.
Warm tortillas briefly, then fill with the mixture, fold, and optionally sear in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add black pepper and lemon wedges when serving.
