Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and chopped rosemary.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add chicken broth, scraping browned bits. Stir in cream and mustard, simmer 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
If desired, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry, stir into sauce, and simmer 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer 3-4 minutes. Garnish with parsley and extra rosemary before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the chicken for best tenderness.
