  • 2 ears street corn (grilled or roasted)
  • 2 ripe bananas banana (for donut holes)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (for creamy sauce)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Grill or roast street corn, then cut kernels off the cob.
  • Mash bananas and form into small donut holes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  • Bake chicken thighs at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Mix cooked pasta with corn, parmesan, and chicken broth to create a creamy sauce. Serve with baked chicken and banana donut holes.
