Instructions
Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and salt for 30 minutes, then grill or bake until cooked.
Let chicken rest, then slice or shred.
Prepare vegetables: dice tomatoes, slice cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, and wash greens.
Warm the wrap, spread hummus or sauce, layer vegetables, chicken, drizzle with olive oil, add feta and lemon juice.
Fold and roll the wrap, then slice and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a dash of hot sauce.
