  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Pasta and Seasonings

  • 100 g orzo pasta
  • 100 g ditalini pasta
  • 1 piece parmesan rind
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 carrots carrots
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 bell peppers bell peppers
  • 100 g snap peas
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Instructions 

  • Gather ingredients for each recipe.
  • Prepare the chicken and vegetables as needed.
  • Sauté garlic and onions, then add chicken and vegetables to the broth.
  • Combine shredded chicken, canned tomatoes, black beans, corn, and spices.
  • Mix cooked chicken, gluten-free broth, lemon juice, zucchini ribbons, and spinach.
  • Combine chicken thighs, coconut milk, vegetables, and curry powder.
