Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Prepare coating by crushing cornflakes and mixing with flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dip chicken strips in beaten eggs, then coat with the cornflake mixture. Spray with vegetable oil.
Bake or fry the coated chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
Warm the wraps, then layer with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, cheesy slices, and cooked chicken. Roll up to serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat the chicken and spray with more oil before baking.
