A delicious and healthy wrap featuring crispy chicken strips, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 600 g chicken breast, cut into strips

Cereal Coating

  • 200 g cornflakes

Eggs

  • 2 units eggs

Vegetables & Cheese

  • 1 piece round lettuce
  • 6 pieces salad tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 200 g cheesy singles
  • 1 piece red onion, thinly sliced

Additional ingredients

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika

Cooking spray

  • 2-4 sprays vegetable oil spray per goujon

Flaky salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Prepare coating by crushing cornflakes and mixing with flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dip chicken strips in beaten eggs, then coat with the cornflake mixture. Spray with vegetable oil.
  • Bake or fry the coated chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Warm the wraps, then layer with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, cheesy slices, and cooked chicken. Roll up to serve.

Notes

For extra crunch, double coat the chicken and spray with more oil before baking.
