A creamy and savory ground beef stroganoff served over pasta, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

lean ground beef
Vegetables

cremini mushrooms, sliced

yellow onion, diced

garlic, minced

low-sodium beef broth

full-fat sour cream

worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add ground beef; cook until browned, breaking it up.
Stir in mushrooms, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; cook until mushrooms are soft.
Sprinkle flour; stir and gradually add beef broth until smooth.
Reduce heat; mix in sour cream and simmer until thickened.
Toss in cooked pasta or serve separately; garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider garnishing with fresh parsley.
