Ingredients

Marinade

  • 0.33 cup lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons grated lemon zest
  • 1.5 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.75 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 0.75 teaspoon pepper

Chicken

  • 6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)

Instructions 

  • Combine lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, salt, thyme, marjoram, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour 1/3 cup of marinade into a bag, add chicken, seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Save remaining marinade.
  • Drain marinade from chicken, then grill over medium heat 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F, basting with reserved marinade.
