Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 lbs chicken tenderloins (film removed)
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds (old style mustard)
  • 2 tbsp coarse Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tsp light tasting olive oil or canola oil
  • 1 whole lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp fine rosemary
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper (fresh cracked)
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ginger powder

Instructions 

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add chicken to marinade and coat well.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Grill chicken until fully cooked, about 8 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
