Instructions
Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5-8 minutes per side. Add cheese in the last 2 minutes to melt.
Spread pesto on bread slices. Place cooked chicken on bread, top with tomato slices and lettuce. Serve warm.
Notes
