black beans, rinsed

Instructions
Mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper; marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill; cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through; rest and slice.
Cook rice according to package; fluff and keep warm.
Warm black beans and peppers in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
Assemble bowls with rice, beans, peppers, chicken, cheese, avocado, cilantro, and salsa.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add your favorite toppings.
