Instructions
Simmer cider brine ingredients until salt & sugar dissolve, then cool.
Prepare the glaze by simmering ingredients until thick, then cool and store.
Brine chicken in cider mixture for 12 hours to 2 days, then pat dry and bring to room temperature.
Preheat grill, season chicken, and grill, basting with glaze, until internal temp reaches 165°F. Rest before serving.
Grill vegetables until charred and tender, then serve alongside chicken.
Notes
Ensure chicken is fully cooked and rested before serving for maximum juiciness.
