Deliciously crispy chicken wings coated in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 2.5 lbs chicken wings (about 20 wings)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or any oil)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
  • 1 head garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon oil
  • pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (finely grated)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Roast garlic wrapped in foil for 35-40 minutes until soft. Squeeze out and mash.
  • Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, and oil. Cook in air fryer at 380F (190C) for 25 minutes, tossing halfway.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in Parmesan, roasted garlic, and sour cream until smooth. Pour over hot wings and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, toss wings in sauce before serving.
