Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • optional Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve hot.
