Instructions
Roast garlic if not done already, then squeeze cloves into a bowl.
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
Set Ninja Foodi or Instant Pot to High Sear Sauté, melt 2-4 Tbsp butter, sear chicken until browned, then add minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta, roasted garlic, chicken broth, and remaining butter; scrape to loosen bits.
Pressure cook on High for 4 minutes, then release pressure naturally for 10 minutes.
Stir in parmesan until melted, add heavy cream to reach desired sauce consistency, stir in parsley and spinach if using, then serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated parmesan and fresh spinach.
