A creamy, flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Olive Oil

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Heavy Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream (Can substitute half and half for a lighter dish)

Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and Pepper

  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Parsley

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (Optional, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in 2 tbsp olive oil until golden and cooked through. Rest, then slice into strips.
  • Sauté garlic in remaining olive oil for 1-2 minutes, add heavy cream, and simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half and half for heavy cream.
