A creamy, flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

fettuccine or pasta of choice
Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Olive Oil

olive oil
Garlic

Heavy Cream

heavy cream
(Can substitute half and half for a lighter dish)
Parmesan Cheese

grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper

(Optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in 2 tbsp olive oil until golden and cooked through. Rest, then slice into strips.
Sauté garlic in remaining olive oil for 1-2 minutes, add heavy cream, and simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half and half for heavy cream.
