Vegetables

Instructions
Toss chicken with spices, then cook in 1 tbsp oil until golden, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté vegetables in remaining oil for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Return chicken to skillet, toss to combine, and cook 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot straight from the skillet.
