Instructions
Pound chicken to even thickness.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and paprika to make marinade.
Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet with butter or oil for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
