sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

garlic, finely minced (for sauce)

heavy cream

freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste (for sauce)
optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Toss in steak to coat.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Pour sauce over steak bites or serve on the side. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak marinate in garlic and olive oil for 30 minutes before cooking.
