Instructions
Sauté the potatoes in butter and olive oil until golden and fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Sear the steak bites in the same pan for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Make the garlic butter sauce by adding minced garlic to the remaining butter in the skillet.
Toss the steak bites and potatoes in the garlic butter until well coated.
