Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheets with parchment and spray with cooking spray.
Pat chicken wings dry, then toss with a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder to coat evenly.
Arrange wings on baking sheets without crowding. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for another 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and red pepper if using, cook 1-2 minutes, then stir in parsley.
Remove wings from oven, transfer to a large bowl, toss with garlic butter, then serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, dry wings thoroughly before baking.
