Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.25 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 1.5 Tablespoons minced fresh garlic (4 cloves)
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Toss chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter; cook chicken until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Add remaining butter, garlic, and parsley; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Serve immediately garnished with parsley.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for even browning.
