A flavorful one-pan dish featuring tender chicken and crispy potatoes infused with garlic and herbs, perfect for a comforting meal.

Instructions
Season chicken and potatoes with spices. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mince garlic and chop herbs.
Heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Sear chicken until golden, then set aside.
Add remaining butter to skillet, sauté potatoes until golden, then push to side.
Add garlic, herbs, and chicken broth to skillet, deglaze, then nestle chicken back among potatoes. Squeeze lemon juice over.
Transfer skillet to oven and roast 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Rest, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or a sprinkle of Parmesan before serving.
