Instructions
Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally, pat dry, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Stir in thyme, parsley, and oregano.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon garlic butter over, and simmer for 2 minutes to meld flavors.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
