Ingredients

Noodles

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 2 pieces Chicken breast (about 500g)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 pieces Scallions (chopped green parts only)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs Soft-boiled eggs (for serving)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet with sesame oil for 5-7 minutes per side until golden. Slice and set aside.
  • Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 1 minute, then add chili paste and soy sauce, stirring well.
  • Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Cook ramen noodles according to package, drain, and divide into bowls. Pour hot broth over noodles.
  • Top with sliced chicken, chopped scallions, and halved soft-boiled eggs. Serve hot.

Notes

Adjust chili paste for desired spice level and add more broth if needed.
