Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless (skinless chicken breasts)

Oil

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas flour tortillas

Vegetables

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic Spread

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook 6-7 mins per side, then rest and slice.
  • Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make garlic spread.
  • Spread garlic mixture on tortillas, add spinach, chicken, tomatoes, and Parmesan, then roll up.
  • Slice wraps and serve immediately or wrap for on-the-go.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
