Instructions
Prepare your ingredients: mince garlic, slice chilies, chop vegetables.
Heat wok or skillet over high heat, add oil until shimmering.
Stir-fry garlic and chilies until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar; pour into pan. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
Add basil leaves and stir until wilted. Serve over jasmine rice with a fried egg on top.
