Instructions
Prepare ingredients: mince garlic, slice chilies, chop vegetables.
Heat wok with oil over high heat.
Stir-fry garlic and chilies until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Mix sauces and sugar, add to pan, cook until sauce thickens. Toss in basil until wilted. Serve over rice with fried egg.
Notes
